Product Description
In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of mineral processing, electric power, metallurgy, coal and other industries, improve the models of slurry pumps under high head conditions, and then summarize the experience at home and abroad and the comprehensive information fed back by users, our company has developed a new generation of PZX series slurry pumps with high efficiency, large flow, high field range and multi-stage series connection by using modern advanced technology and scientific research achievements. The main features of this series of products are as follows:
This series of pumps are horizontal, singlestage, single suction, cantilever and double pump casing centrifugal slurry pumps.modernCAM design method is adopted, with excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate. Auxiliary impeller and packing combined sealand mechanical seal are adopted to ensure no leakage of slurry.wide flow channel, good anti blocking performance and excellent cavitation performance.
Reliability design ensures that the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved.
Thin oil lubrication and metric bearings shall be adopted, and the lubrication and cooling system shall be reasonably set to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperature.
The flow passage parts are made of special materials with good wear and corrosion resistance.
It can be used in series in multiple stages within the allowable pressure range, and its allowable maximum working pressure is 3.6mpa.
The transmission mode of PZX series slurry pump is mainly direct connection, and the flow head of the pump is adjusted by cutting the outer diameter of the impeller.
The pump has the advantages of few specifications and models and convenient selection.
The utility model has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
