Product Description
PPM series froth pump is a new generation of products developed by our company based on the introduction of advanced technology at home and abroad. This series of pumps can effectively eliminate the froth in the slurry when working, and can still work normally under the condition of insufficient incoming materials, especially suitable for various flotation processes, is the ideal product for conveying froth slurry.
Product features
1. This type of pump is used PVP, type bearing components, bearing body is installed with motor seat or electric frame, can use direct or indirect transmission, can easily replace the pulley, used to change the speed of the pump, in order to meet the change of working conditions.
2. The material box adopts steel structure or stainless steel, steel lining rubber, etc., with tangential inlet and overflow box, overflow box can conveniently send the excess incoming material back to the material pool, tangential inlet can make the material quickly into the pump and eliminate part of the froth.
3. Pump head structure is double pump shell structure, according to the different transmission medium, the flow parts can be used: metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.
Scope of application
Now it is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry and other industrial sectors, suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry containing froth.
